OM Retreat
August 21st - 24th, 2025
15 Minutes SE of Sherwood Park, AB
A Mind, Body & Soul transformational retreat
that will guide you hOMe.
Home to self, to source, to oneness. Together in ceremony & sacred practice we will raise our collective consciousness & come back to our centre of heart & knowingness. Be prepared for an awe-inspiring experience. One that is sure to create a ripple of unconditional love, joy & peace. It's time to come back to the truth of ourselves as love.
It's time to come hOMe.
Tap into your inner wisdom. Embrace the connection, healing, openness, and joy of this spiritually enriching retreat. Here we will come together to embracing the Sacred Masculine and Divine Feminine Energies. This is a safe space for Men, Women & Families.
As we welcome in families with young kids, we invite you to step
into a sober conscious space upon arrival.
Here’s a more soulful, nourishing, and inviting version of your message:
✨ A Weekend of Soulful Connection, Deep Nourishment & Sacred Ceremony ✨
Step into a sacred space where time slows down, and you are invited to simply BE—be with the land, be in community, and be in the stillness of your own heart. This year, we have intentionally created an intimate, spacious container that allows for deeper presence, connection, and restoration.
Feel free to flow with the rhythm of the retreat—join in transformational ceremonies, soulful gatherings, and moments of joyful connection or simply rest, reflect, and soak in the serenity of nature.
🌿 A Few Things to Note:
There is a beautiful outdoor shower available for a quick rinse or refresh.
A food truck will be on-site, but we encourage you to bring some light meals and snacks for when it's closed.
You are welcome to bring your own food & drinks. If needed, Sherwood Park is just 10 minutes away for any additional supplies.
This weekend is an invitation to return home to yourself, to Source, and to the sacredness of life itself. 🌿💫

🌙 Dreamtime – A Sacred Surrender 🌙
Let Mother Earth cradle you as you drift into the embrace of dreamtime. Imagine yourself tented beneath the stars, enveloped by the ancient wisdom of the land, where the stillness of the night whispers secrets of the cosmos.
The soft lullaby of the wind, the rustling leaves dancing in the moonlight, and the distant calls of nocturnal creatures create a symphony of serenity, guiding you into a state of deep rest and surrender. As you lay beneath the infinite night sky, a canvas of shimmering stardust, a quiet sense of humility and wonder washes over you.
This is more than sleep—it is a return to oneness, a sacred remembering. The earth beneath you, rich with the wisdom of generations past, holds you like a gentle heartbeat, grounding your spirit and soothing your soul. Under the watchful gaze of the ancestors, you dissolve into the rhythm of nature, feeling the pulse of existence weave through you.
Here, in this sacred stillness, you are not just resting—you are being held, being heard, and being home. ✨🌿💫
